I believe you deserve a life that is dynamic. A life where you put yourself first and you are not constantly on edge waiting for someone to rescue you from your emotions or thoughts or fears. Feeling peaceful, fulfilled and aligned is your birthright.

My goal is to partner with you and be a guide as I believe that you already have the answers inside of you to heal. You just need someone to walk beside you.

I help those who struggle with fears of the future and shame of the past. Despite being ambitious, giving and hardworking, life is hard. Maybe you are holding everything together in your life, yet you feel exhausted, lost and undervalued.

If worry gets in the way of the life you want to live, you feel misaligned with your purpose or are persistently thinking about escaping your current life or comparing your life to others, I will work to help you create a life that feels fulfilling and full of purpose.

My approach...

I approach therapy knowing that each client has their own individual path to healing. I consider myself an eclectic therapist and use approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), polyvagal theory, attachment theory, play therapy, expressive arts therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I often work from a somatic approach knowing that our bodies tell our story even if our minds don’t remember.

Professional training & memberships...

I hold a masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwest University. I am a a licensed clinical mental health associate.

I have a certificate in Deactivating The Polyvagal Response to Racial Trauma and Rewiring the Brain: Treatment Techniques in OCD & BPD disorders. I have worked with children in various capacities for over 10 years.
