I aim to support your wellness through empowered, embodied therapeutic support in the perinatal phase, life transitions such as adolescence and parenthood, Post Traumatic Stress, depression, anxiety and more. I work to activate bodily autonomy, mind, body & spirit connection, healthy relationships and empowered change in the life cycle. I believe everyone is capable of healing and growth, and that I am a facilitator of the healing process.

Childhood and adolescence are a time of wonder and also developing identity and learning how to cope and manage with internal and external stressors. I support children and teens to grow self-esteem, manage complex emotions such as depression and anxiety; and address trauma, bullying or developmental concerns. I advocate for your child while providing proactive and strengths-based solutions for children and family growth.
My work with perinatal concerns and emerging families:
Bringing a child into your world is a time of deep transformation and shift of identity as a parent and as a couple. As a perinatal mental health specialist, doula & lactation educator, I provide support to new moms, new dads, individuals and couples who are preparing for conception or adoption, during pregnancy and any time during the postpartum phase. I create a space to support mental wellness and coping during the challenges that arise during pregnancy and childbirth, connecting with your partner, and loving attachment with infants and children. Through this life transition, let's explore how you were parented, your hopes and fears as a parent or couple, and address any past anxiety, depression or trauma that needs love and attention.
Using mindfulness-based, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused practice, I aim to increase self-worth, positive relationships between couples, parents and children, peers and coworkers. I love working with LGBTQIA+ clients and have experience working with queer and trans youth, adults and couples.

I have practiced therapeutic support for people of all ages and backgrounds ranging from refugee women's empowerment groups to pregnancy and breastfeeding support. I have experience assessing and supporting the needs of children with ADHD, behavioral challenges, social challenges, anxiety, and depression.
I am a specialist in perinatal mental health, promoting wellness from preconception through birth and postpartum. I specialize in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and provide hypnobirthing and psychological healing support for childbirth and parenting preparation.
Professionally, I am trained as a Social Worker, and I have a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Denver. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate in the state of Washington License #SC60986888 and Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Colorado # CSW.09926140.
