Group Therapy
Protea Wellness offers a number of therapy groups throughout the year on a variety of subjects. Group therapy makes therapy more accessible for clients and the unique experience of a group can be very beneficial for many client needs!
Virtual Gender Process Group!
Our Gender Process Group is for trans and genderqueer / non-binary adults who are looking to explore their gender identity! Led by trans and genderqueer group leaders, this process group is open to people everywhere!
The cost is $70 per session, with a sliding scale available if the cost is prohibitive.
This group starts in January and happens on Sundays from 6:30-8pm, PST for 10 weeks!

Parenting Neurodivergent Tweens & Teens!
A group to help parents of tweens & teens to support their kids and each other! You will learn skills to manage difficult behaviors in your child, so you can help your child while being a supportive, affirmative parent!
The cost is $60 per session, with a sliding scale available if the cost is prohibitive.
This group starts in January and happens on Mondays from 12-1:30, PST for 10 weeks!
