Protea Wellness acknowledges that our offices are located on important traditional, ancestral, and contemporary lands of Indigenous people. Our offices occupy land that was, or is, cared for and called home by the Coast Salish People, particularly the Duwamish (dxʷdəwʔabš), Muckleshoot (bəqəlšuł), and Suquamish (Suqwabš) peoples.

We invite you to join Protea Wellness in paying rent for land use to the Duwamish tribe at Real Rent Duwamish.

Our West Seattle offices are, unfortunately, not accessible to those who cannot climb some stairs. There are seven (7) steps with handrails to the front door of each office.

Our Auburn office has one large concrete step at the front of the building and the door is also a small step up. The back door has no steps but there are interior steps from the back door to access offices.

Our Normandy Park Office is accesible to people who can't or don't want to use steps. There is an interior elevator up to the second floor, where the office is located.

We do provide counseling via online sessions. There is also an option for clinicians to visit clients in their home or other preferred location, if you are unable come to the office either because of distance or disability.

Our offices are kept scent-free.
