Protea Wellness offers a number of therapy groups throughout the year on a variety of subjects. Group therapy makes therapy more accessible and the unique experience of a group can be very beneficial for many clients!

In-Person Trans Families Support Group!
Finn and Kris would like to invite you to take some time to care for yourself. Join us as we delve into topics such as:

What support YOU need as you navigate the world alongside a trans youth in the current world

Online Gender Explorations Group!
This group provides a supportive and affirming space for individuals to explore and reflect on their experiences of gender. Through guided discussion, shared storytelling, and gentle self-inquiry, participants are invited to examine identity, expression, societal influences, and personal meaning. The group centers respect, curiosity, and confidentiality, encouraging members to connect with others while deepening their understanding of themselves. All stages of exploration are welcome. I n-Person Teen Gender Process Group!
Our In-Person Gender Process Group is for trans and genderqueer / non-binary teens who are looking to process gender stuff! Led by trans and genderqueer group leaders, this process group is open to people ages 13-17 in the Seattle Area
The cost is $60 per session, with a sliding scale available if the cost is prohibitive.
This group starts on April 9th and happens on Wednesdays from 6--7:30 pm, PST for 8 weeks!
Rainbow Spoon!
A group for disabled and chronically ill LGBTQIA2+ people to connect and process your intersecting identities!
The cost is $65 per session, with a sliding scale available if the cost is prohibitive.
This group starts in October and happens on Fridays from 1-2:30pm, PST for 6 weeks!

Virtual Gender Process Group!
Our Gender Process Group is for trans and genderqueer / non-binary adults who are looking to explore their gender identity! Led by trans and genderqueer group leaders, this process group is open to people everywhere!
