What is Sex Therapy?

Art therapy utilizes the creative process to expand the confinements of verbal communication.

By examining colors, design, imagery, and process with the help of an art therapist, you can begin to externalize and explore more aspects of yourself that may hide beneath the surface. Through the process of making art, you are given space to access your creativity by means of self-exploration for greater self-awareness.

Art therapy can be used with clients across the lifespan- kids and teens do great with art therapy, but so do adults!
