How we interact with others and navigate our lives directly impacts our well-being. With my background in health and yoga, I take a holistic approach to healing, using a biopsychosocial-spiritual lens to address both challenges and growth. As a somatic psychotherapist, I incorporate mindfulness-based and movement-based practices as a tool for self-discovery and a deeper connection with our bodies, thoughts, emotions, feelings, and inner and outer worlds.
I focus my therapy on authentic expression and embodiment. My top priority is to create a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to be themselves. My goal is always to guide clients toward loving connections - with both themselves and others - because authentic, genuine connections have the power to heal beyond measure.

I believe healing is multilayered. The psychological processing of trauma, emotions, and experiences is just as crucial as the physiological and spiritual aspects of healing, which are often overlooked. I use somatic sensory techniques and neuroscience principles to help release trapped emotions and unlock energetic blockages that contribute to mental and physical imbalances. These imbalances can manifest as mental dysfunction, pain, and/or poor health outcomes. When working with clients dealing with anxiety, mood dysregulation, grief & loss, and trauma, I use Somatic Experiencing, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) techniques to guide clients towards a deeper understanding of themselves and integration of their experiences.
I also believe interpersonal relationships serve as reflections and catalysts for personal growth. How we navigate conflict, communicate our thoughts and feelings, and show up in our relationships directly influences our connection to ourselves. Relational work has the power to transform lives and communities. As social creatures, we rely on each other for support and understanding. To develop and foster loving relationships is a corner stone to well-being. When working with couples and families, I utilize the Gottman method and Emotionally Focused therapy (EFT).
I view myself as a lifelong student, constantly reading and researching to develop both personally and professionally so that I can better serve my clients and community. I am deeply grateful for the trust my clients place in me, and I honor their courage and vulnerability in taking steps toward healing and growth. For this reason, safety and respect are my top priorities. I approach therapy with curiosity and compassion, believing that my greatest influence comes from showing up authentically - an openness that invites others to do the same.
