Psychotherapy is a space to collaboratively and compassionately question our assumptions about ourselves and the world around us. I embrace a holistic and collaborative approach to therapy, recognizing that each individual’s journey is uniquely shaped by their own experiences.

Together, we’ll work to identify patterns and beliefs that may be holding you back, while also acknowledging your strengths and successes! My goal is to empower you to gain insight, develop coping strategies, and foster personal growth in a safe and supportive environment. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, managing anxiety or depression, or seeking deeper self-understanding; I’m here to support you on your path to healing and transformation, ensuring that you are understood and valued.
My approach...
I draw from several therapeutic modalities tailored to the needs of each client while integrating a social justice framework that recognizes the importance of nuance and contextualization in the therapy space. As an art therapist, I value creativity and curiosity that allows us to explore how systemic issues, identity, and culture influence mental health. I take a non-judgemental stance in counseling and hope to encourage a sense of positivity and authentic expression when engaging in any creative or therapeutic process.

I work from a trauma-informed, developmentally appropriate, anti-oppressive, and socioculturally attuned framework. I find that an integrated approach allows me to work most effectively with each of my clients; some of the modalities I draw from include narrative therapy, strengths-based therapy, emotion-focused therapy (EFT), solution-focused therapy (SFT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), attachment theory, and existential theory.
As an art therapist, I can offer creative approaches to therapy that can supplement personal expression and self-understanding within these approaches. I offer many 2D and 3D approaches to therapy that can serve as containers for self-expression. Creative arts can help show us more of ourselves. You do not need to be “good” at art or have previous art experience to try art therapy!

Creative therapy approaches serve as a means of exploring thoughts and feelings that may be difficult to articulate through talking alone. Art can serve as a powerful tool for self-discovery, helping to uncover insights and foster healing in an expansive way. We often rely on verbal processing as the primary means of understanding ourselves, while overlooking other types of communication readily at our disposal. Regardless of therapeutic modality, I always work within a strengths-based framework.
