I believe you are the expert on your life, you are in the driver’s seat. My goal is to support and guide you to achieve your goals in this space with a client-led approach.

As a client, my hope is that you are open to a range of interventions and motivated to experience change and relief from symptoms that are holding you back or keeping you stuck. I have experience working with grief, substance use disorder, depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder and a variety of presenting issues.

I believe we are all deserving of the highest quality of life and that begins within. We will work together to find the way to get there that works best for you.

My approach...

I pull from therapies such as Narrative, Dialectical Behavioral (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths-based, Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy and Feminist/Queer theory among others to best support you. My work is rooted in Person-Centered approaches and Social Justice principles.

I offer individual, couple/relationship, and family counseling with an emphasis on the LGBTQ+ community. My approach to therapy is person-centered and trauma-informed, with a foundation in social justice. I believe each person has a story completely unique to themselves that deserves to be heard and understood. I work to create a trusting relationship with my clients to best support them and develop a way forward. I look forward to meeting you!
