Taking the time to contextualize our lives can seem daunting at first. It requires thorough acquaintance with our own stories and interior lives. Sometimes we uncover hard truths that play out in daily life— affecting relationships, habits, and moods. Sometimes we realize that our story has been narrated from someone else’s perspective. There is something that often happens in the process of reacquainting you with your Self. This inner knowing that has always been there to witness your growth begins to emerge with full curious insight. Think of it as a sort of “reunion with the deepest wellsprings of your being.”

I work with people in exploring the layers of who they are in relationship to themselves, others, and the world around them. I see therapy as a non linear journey, just as the human experience can be. Together we can explore the many parts of you, holding light to your story.

My approach...

My style is collaborative, curious, compassionate, and direct. I bring authenticity and integrity to my practice which allows for transparency, giving you agency in your own healing. I believe in creating pathways for you to move at your own pace while bearing witness to all your complexities. Together we can unearth the many parts that shape you, in order to explore and understand your vast emotional landscape. My intention is to create a space where you can explore what being deeply human means to you.

I work with an Intersectional and Systems Theory lens with principles rooted in a Liberation and Decolonial Psychology frameworks. My therapeutic work is informed by oppressive structures that permeate daily life, bringing awareness to the impact of structural harm and systemic violence on all of us. Some of the modalities that I may bring into our work together include:
Relational, Humanistic, Emotionally Focused, Parts Work, Polyvagal, and Existential therapies. I also incorporate somatic practices to help you connect with your body and to aide with nervous system and emotional regulation.

I am a queer brown person of Indigenous and Latin diaspora. I come from a working class background. Eldest daughter. My experiences within Nepantla bring with them unique challenges, navigating culture and identities within varying contexts.

Nepantla is a Nahuatl (Aztec) word meaning "in-between space,"

Additionally, I contributed to an organization focused on supporting undocumented and marginalized communities, providing bilingual and culturally responsive care while guiding clients through immigration trauma, family separation, and systemic barriers.

I received my Bachelors of Arts in Political Sociology from the Evergreen State College in Olympia, WA. I hold a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University New England, a CACREP-accredited institution.
