Welcome - I’m glad you’re here. Therapy can be a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and feel less alone in what you’re carrying. Perhaps you’ve learned how to survive exceptionally well, but now want to feel more grounded, connected, and authentic. If you’ve been carrying anxiety, pressure, or the feeling of “never enough,” you don’t have to hold it alone anymore.
I work with adult individuals, couples, and other adult relationships navigating identity exploration, anxiety, relational wounds, family dynamics, trauma, and life transitions. I am especially passionate about working with BIPOC and LGBTQIA2+ clients, particularly within Filipino communities, children of immigrants, and those navigating the complexities of culture, belonging, and intergenerational expectations.
My approach...
My style is warm, collaborative, relational, and grounded in curiosity and compassion. I believe healing happens within relationships, and I strive to create a space where you can show up fully as yourself without needing to minimize, explain, or perform.
I approach therapy from a systemic and anti-oppressive lens, recognizing that our mental health is deeply impacted by family systems, culture, identity, and larger societal structures. Together, we may explore patterns that once helped you survive but no longer feel aligned with the person you are becoming.
My work is informed by narrative therapy, emotionally-focused therapy, systems theory, and trauma-informed care. I also incorporate mindfulness, nervous system awareness, and exploration of identity, culture, and lived experience into our work together.
As a queer, second-generation Filipino-American therapist, I understand the nuance of navigating multiple identities, cultural expectations, family roles, and the tension between collectivism and individuality. I am passionate about helping clients cultivate self-understanding, deepen connection, and move toward lives that feel more authentic and grounded.
